Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

• A minimum 7-day notice is required to confirm your booking.

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your event date.

• The final payment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the deposit.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee.

• Cancellations made earlier than 72 hours may be eligible for a higher refund, depending on the circumstances.

• The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

3. Menu & Dietary Requirements

• Menu items are subject to seasonal availability and may be substituted where necessary.

• Clients must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

• We will take reasonable precautions, but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

4. Service & Setup

• Mystery Kitchen provides food, setup, and serving equipment unless agreed otherwise.

• Service duration, arrival time, and breakdown time will be arranged in advance.

• Any additional service time requested on-site may incur extra charges.

5. Food Consumption

• Food provided is intended for same-day consumption only.

• Mystery Kitchen is not liable for any issues arising from food consumed after the event.

6. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any breach of our terms, or in situations deemed unsafe or inappropriate by our staff.

7. Liability

• While we take all reasonable steps to provide exceptional service, Mystery Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect loss, damage, or delay beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, transportation delays).

8. Privacy

• Client data (name, contact info, event details) is handled securely and only used for managing bookings.

• We do not sell or share personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
